CJC-1295 (no DAC)
C152H252N44O423367.9 g/mol
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29), is a synthetic 29-residue analogue of the 1–29 fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone. It has four substitutions relative to the native sequence (D-Ala at position 2, Gln at 8, Ala at 15 and Leu at 27) and a C-terminal amide. Unlike CJC-1295 with DAC, it carries no maleimidopropionyl-lysine (drug affinity complex) at the C-terminus. Supplied as a lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
